Return Eligibility

Extraordinaryrea accepts returns of unused garden lighting and watering products within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original packaging and condition.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at service@extraordinaryrea.world or through our contact page to request a return authorization
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Installation Services

For installation services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our garden lighting or watering system installation, please contact us within 7 days of completion to discuss your concerns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized garden lighting fixtures
  • Products that have been installed or modified
  • Items that show signs of use or damage
